Paving Project, March 2011

Phase 1 resurfacing has commenced on Holly Ct. and will quickly progress to Beacon Ct and Stone Ct. None of these projects should cause delays for residents. The schedule for the sections that could cause delays is as follows given fair weather conditions:

Tara Dr. (entire circle) – March 23 – 25

Oak Arms – March 26

Lakeview Parkway from Tall Pine to Monticello (near Recreation Center) – March 28-30

E. Foster Ct. (East Gate entrance/exit road) – TBD

Phase 2 is planned for April and requires a number of culverts to be replaced or repaired prior to resurfacing on the section of Lakeview Parkway from Tall Pine past the marina, east gate and 3 way stop through to the main gate. Again delays may be encountered during this work. Updates will follow.
