Ian,
I tried to open the Revised Welcome Packet but the note said additional premissions required. Is this because it is "not public" yet or am I missing something?

It is available under the POA section of the menu at the top of the page. There is a link for Delinquent Accounts.

To Bob Hendren or any appropriate Board Member:

I had heard or read that a list of all lots owned by the POA would be made available to residents. Is this forthcoming?

Thanks,
Rick Secord

Everyone should send an e-mail to the Secretary of State and the U.S. Dept of Justice to not allow this to happen. Their address is above. I have just e-mailed them myself. Letting them know we don't get much from the county since we take care of our of roads and safety.

I have stood outside in the pouring rain in order to vote when our polling location was at Mars Hill Church. We at Fairfield pay for the electricity for the building and could probably get enough volunteers to man the polls if it were necessary. I don't think they pay a great deal for the pollsters anyway. It's great not to have to leave the community to stand in line outside when we have a better facility to accommodate a crowd under cover. Is there really anyone outside the gates who would need to vote here? I'm sure they would be able to gain access with their voters registration card.

This is ridiculous! If the workers at the poll are volunteers, then why would you want to move the voting location...This is a benefit to Fairfield residents, especially the ones who work who need to get in & out rapidly...Why is someone always wanting to change what works for the people??????

The Precinct Splitting Letter is submitted for the community's information. It had simply come to the attention of the Board of Directors and it affects our residents, so it was published. Any further action is at the discretion of registered voters.
