Community

Fairfield Plantation is a gated and secure Lake and Golf community of over 1,700 homes located near Villa Rica, Georgia.   Since ground was first broken the 1970′s, Fairfield has become an established location supporting a wide range of full-time residents and property owners.

In addition to our Lakes and Golf, there are a variety of amenities available to owners, residents, and guests.  You can meet up with other people like yourself as part of several self-run clubs and organizations.

We are also home to Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Plantation, which has a variety of Studio and Condo accommodations available for getaways and short-term rentals.

Our community began as a weekend getaway destination for Atlanta residents in the 1970′s.

Since the late 1990′s, Fairfield Plantation has transformed into a thriving, diverse community in its own right.
