Fairfield Plantation is located about halfway between Villa Rica and Carrollton just off Highway 61 in Carroll County, Georgia.  Technically, we are outside the city limits of Villa Rica, but Fairfield residents receive mail through the Postal Service in Villa Rica.

The map below will bring you to the primary entrance to our gated community and the POA office, which is on the right just before the gate.  See the lake just to the right of the marker on the map?  The one that looks sort of like a lobster facing South?  That’s our main lake!

Did you know that if Fairfield Plantation were incorporated, it would be the third-largest city within Carroll County, with roughly 5,000 residents?

Fairfield Plantation falls under the Carroll County School District.  Carrollton City Schools also accept Fairfield residents for a nominal tuition; however, there is no bus schedule currently.  There are also a number of private schools available in the area.
