Jim Perkins
Jim is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors. Jim has been living at Fairfield with his wife Annette since 2005. Jim is a CPA and a CITP (Certified Information Technology Professional) with a Masters in Management Information Systems and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Computer Science all from Northern Illinois Unversity. He is a member of the Georgia CPA Society. He is currently the Controller for OFS Fitel, LLC in Carrollton, GA. Jim is a US Navy Vietnam Era Veteran serving from 1971 - 1975. The Perkins Family are Chicago Bears season ticket holder going to Bears games all their lives. Annette is a Kindergarten teacher with Carrollton Elementatry. She received her Bachelors degree in Education from Illinois State Unveristy, her Masters from Northern Illinois University, and her Advanced degree from West Georgia Univeristy. Both Annette and Jim are active members of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic church in Carrollton. They have two children Will and Liz. Will just graduated with an undergraduate in Education with a second major in English and Journalism from Western Kentucky University. He currently resides in the Bowling Green, Ky area. Liz just graduated with an undergraduate in Sports Management from Georgia Southern University. Prior to that, she graduated High School from Carrollton. Jim and Annette enjoy playing hit and giggle on Friday nights and boating on the lake. They both say that they are living in their retirement home a few years before retirement.
